Grasshopper Mower Serial Plate Identification
The serial plate for the Grasshopper mower is located behind the seat on the right hand side of the mower near the console as shown in the image here:

There is a separate model number and serial number for the mower deck itself. You can see the location for the serial plate for that in the image below here, located on the back right hand side of the deck:
