New Holland is pleased to announce the CNH Industrial agreement to acquire the agricultural business of Kongskilde Industries, part of the Danish Group Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareseskab (DLG A.m.b.A). This business develops, manufactures and sells solutions for agricultural applications in the tillage and hay & forage segments under various brands, including Kongskilde, Överum and JF. This acquisition includes two plants in Europe, located in Poland and Sweden, where these products are manufactured, and other facilities in the EMEA and NAFTA regions.
New Holland is proud to welcome the well-established products and brands of Kongskilde, Överum and JF into the New Holland family. With this major extension to New Holland’s already wide product offering, New Holland will be able to provide customers with further innovation and comprehensive equipment solutions for their farming needs in tillage and hay & forage.
New Holland has a long-established leadership in the hay tools segment. By adding the Kongskilde brands to the New Holland family, an stronger platform will be developed as their products will be gradually integrated into the New Holland portfolio.
